Based on the classic TV show from the 50's, Bally's Twilight Zone brings the surprises and thrills from the small screen to the pinball scene! From one of the most popular designers of all time - Pat Lawlor, designer of Addam's Family and Monopoly - this game is one of the most sought-after machines of all time!
The number of Twilight Zone machines in decent condition is dwindling smaller and smaller, while prices continue to rise. You never see them selling with NO RESERVE anymore - until NOW! The highest bidder will own this machine!
Here's some of the exciting features on this game...
Shoot into the Gumball Machines to release the POWER BALL and start MULTIBALL!
Shoot the right ramp to the POWERFIELD and use the magnetic flippers to destroy THE POWER!
Shoot THE PIANO to start modes!
The clock counts down game timers.
There are 14 modes in all! This game is packed with features for endless fun! It is also rated in the TOP TEN most collectible and fun pinballs of ALL TIME!
Get this game into your basement, rec room or gameroom and watch your friends line up to play!
This particular game is in very decent condition after many years of enjoyment. It has cleaned up very well! It's not perfect but with a few touches here and there - such as the melted flasher dome, or perhaps new flipper bats and other minor mechanical things - this game could be a true collector's piece. It plays well enough as-is but it's not mint. Excellent for the average player or a good solid starting point for a perfectionist!
The playfield shines like new with no wear at all in the Diamondplate hartcoat!
The translite is also excellent!
And the display is nice and bright, because it is BRAND NEW!
The sides are completely unfaded and in excellent condition!
The artwork on the head is excellent, with only some minor marks in the black portion:
The coindoor and front of the cabinet is decent, with no HASP HOLES! Very rare to find a game without them!
I replaced all the broken plastics, like the slingshot covers and slot kickout with BRAND NEW Alan Meyer replacement plastics, which are SUPERIOR to the original plastics in every way! I have a replacement powerfield sign as well but no rivet tool to install it.
Here's what I did to clean this game up:
There are over 30 HOURS of work into this game to make it look this good!
Here are lots more pictures to show the condition of this game (sorry if some of them are a bit washed out due to the flash - playfield is very shiny!!!)
I ship games via Internet Freight and charges generally run in the $300-$400 range depending on location. There is a $75 charge for the palletizing and wrapping of the game for shipping to cover materials. I will gladly ship the game any way you choose, but Internet is generally 20-30% cheaper than other carriers! There is no duty on games shipping into the US.
I accept payment via money order, bank draft or PayPal but prefer the former due to the high fees charged by PayPal. Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close. This game has been thoroughly playtested, but because games get banged around during shipping I have to sell them as-is - however, if there are any problems I am happy to help via phone or email! If you would like to see the game prior to making a bid, please send me an email to make an appointment. Game is located in downtown Toronto, ON, Canada.
Thanks for looking!
