Edelbrock 1406 650cfm Carburetor

I bought this carb brand new (not remanufactured!) less than 3 months ago, but it proved to be too small for my engine. It has less than 100 miles on it total. In additional, I'm including the tuning kit (a $100 value!) with the carb as well - it's currently jetted very rich but wouldn't go rich enough! I paid almost $450 canadian for this carb, and now it's selling with no reserve!
